We believe that we are particularly well positioned to capitalize on opportunities that are presented by current financial market conditions. The combined core capabilities and expertise of Domus Special Situations Group, and its sub-advisors will enable us to evaluate a broad array of asset classes and financing opportunities and to selectively acquire assets that present potentially attractive risk-adjusted return profiles and the potential for capital appreciation.

Multi-Family Multi-family located in high barrier to entry urban infill locations that present the opportunity for Value Add  or repositioning. Multi-family properties that are trading below replacement costs that are supported by cash flows, both current and thru repositioning and stabilization. Multi-family properties at depressed trading prices and higher yields compared to prior periods.
Distressed Single or Multi Tenant Commercial Single and Multi-tenant properties that are trading below replacement costs that are supported by cash flows, both current and through repositioning and stabilization. Multi-Tenant properties at depressed trading prices and higher yields compared to prior periods.
Commercial Mortgage Loans First lien loans in the most senior positions in the capital structure.
Foreclosure Auctions Multi-family and land properties that are trading below replacement costs that are supported by cash flows, both current and thru repositioning and stabilization. Multi-family properties at depressed trading prices and higher yields compared to prior periods
Land Land located in high barrier to entry urban infill locations that present the opportunity for ground up new construction Multi-fmaily housing.

Real Estate Acquisition Criteria

Property Types: Apartments, retail, mixed-use and other commercial properties
Location: City of Chicago
Investment Strategy: Distressed, Stabilized properties, value-add assets or development sites
Transaction Size: Typically $2 million to $100 million per property
