Phillip Ciaccio is currently the Principal and Chief Design Officer of Domus Real Estate Group and Domus Special Situations Group (DSSG) located in Chicago. As Chief Design Officer Mr. Ciaccio utilizes his love of architecture and design in the concept and design development stage and is also heavily involved in the day to day construction down to the last detail. He has experience in both residential and commercial real estate investment, construction, finance, sales, and management. Mr. Ciaccio has been, directly thru ownership and indirectly though design consultation, involved in more than $300 million in real estate assets in the Downtown Chicago marketplace. Mr. Ciaccio was the Co-Founder of Domus Real Estate Group in 2001 and still operates the company as its Principal. Mr. Ciaccio was principally responsible for growing the development and sales for Domus Real Estate.
Steven Ciaccio is currently a Principal of Domus Real Estate Group, LLC and Domus Special Situations Group located in Chicago. He has experience in both residential and commercial real estate investment, construction, finance, sales, and management. Mr. Ciaccio was the Co-Founder of Domus Real Estate Group in 2001 and still operates the company as its Principal. Mr. Ciaccio was instrumental in the construction management division of DREG and completed construction projects both in residential as well as commercial real estate. Prior to 2001, Mr. Ciaccio was the Vice President of a private Lincoln Park development company, property manager, and broker where he was in charge of acquisition and management of both residential and commercial properties.
